This is my vary favorite cause and I have a LOT
I've been using this sauce for years, it's my very favorite and it's sometimes very hard to find I'm quite happy to have been able to find it here on Amazon. I will warn others though the heat is quite extreme on this one. This should only be used as an additive ingredient and only if you are an experienced spicy food consumer. That said for a lot of the very very hot hot sauces things like flavor are often sacrificed in the name of more heat. This is one of the very few sauces that maintains a truly amazing deep rich earthy flavor without being sweet or tasting like vinegar. Due to its Rich robust flavor and extremely high heat I use it in all kinds of dishes. I put it in my spaghetti sauces, pizza sauce, in ramen, taco meat, salsa, mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce, chili, basically anything that's supposed to have an earthy needy umami or kind of a tomatoey flavor. I will warn people though it does not mix well with sweet flavors. There are lots of good very spicy hot sauces that mix well with sweet things like a honey barbecue sauce this is not that one. Anyway hope you all enjoy I know I will. 🔥🥰🔥

Hot in a good way!
The heat is there and it does not taste bad IMO. The formula is different from the original which did not have Carolina reaper in it but had extract originally, no noticeable taste difference. Great for adding to instant Ramen.

HOT!
Man, this stuff really heats up your mouth. As with any hot sauce, you can grow tolerant to it. I started by putting 2 drops on my tuna salad sandwich, and over the last two weeks I'm not putting about 6, which is about a solid tablespoon. At first, it really hurt. I mean made me sweat and sting at the same time. It is definitely hotter than Dave's Insanity Ghost or Mad Dog 357 Ghost. And for the money, it may be the hottest hot "sauce" on the market. Above this, I really think you get into just extract. I also like the flavor. Both Dave's and Mad Dog have extremely strong and potent flavors that can overtake the flavor of what you are eating. Not this. It adds a nice chili flavor, but this mostly just shoots you in the mouth with a shotgun blast of heat. It is all I've been using (and I have about 7 500K Scoville sauces in my fridge). Oh, and the gold skull key chain, PRICELESS!!! Buy it!

Serious chili heads only.
I've tried all of the hottest sauces I could find in Jackson TN. Being disappointed by every one I turned to Amazon. Based on various articles this sauce is up there with the hottest non-extract based sauces. At 800k scoville units this is a serious sauce. The smell was wonderful. I tried one drop on a piece of pizza, it tasted great but the burn was shockingly mild. I then reverted to my roots as a hardcore redneck. I poured a line on the pizza like it was weak. This was a major mistake. I ate quickly since I started to feel the burn. Within 5 minutes I bolted outside to spare my 2.5 and 4 year old their father's agony. I felt the tickling in my throat like I was hit with pepper spray (I had a friend spray me once, great friend). My eyes, nose, and mouth were watering. But the taste was honestly fantastic. Some milk and sour cream later my mouth and throat were numb. It took approximately 2 hours for me to recover. I was thrilled. From now on I will reserve this for chili, gumbo, and various other dishes. The taste is wonderful. I strongly recommend for anyone seeking a hot sauce with flavor and crazy heat.

not hot (wait, it is hot indeed)
Got this hot sauce along with the mad-dog 357 hot sauce. This "Blair's ultra death sauce" is far from super hot. Comparing to the mad-dog, it is like drinking lemonade :-). It is a regular hot sauce, perhaps a bit hotter than tabasco sauce. If you want something really hot, get the mad-dog 357 or the mad-dog 357 silver edition, also sold in amazon. That will blow your head off! Edit 09/16/13: After people kicking my a.. for the bad review I originally posted (interesting how people get mad about this stuff) , I decided to buy another bottle to bring this discussion to an end. Got the order delivered two days ago and first thing I noticed is the packing, different from what I got before. The first order was not packed the same way, the bottle was not in a "coffin" like now. This was 2 years ago, so bear with my memory here. The first time I ordered this product was a gift for my brother. We both tasted the sauce and we both agreed that it was far from hot. He actually joked about that, "What, is this the hot sauce you were talking about?". Anyways, after trying this new order I can tell that it is very different from what I got before. Are we having fake Blair's sauce around? I have both Mad Dog 357 Silver and Blair's side by side and it is hard to say what is hotter, both are very hot. I actually like the Blair's taste better. Anyways, here you go, spending 15 bucks to make justice to this product, hope I have some rest. Note: I have researched the web and found reviews of this product that seems to match my original post, wonder if more fake products were sent out.

Add it to Franks Red Hot.
I fill up the neck of a 23oz bottle of franks red hot with this stuff when I get a new one, it’s typically empty but you might have to use some if not. Shake well and enjoy. It adds a bit of kick and the tastes work well together for everyday stuff, breakfast eggs, pizza etc…anything you typically use franks for but you want a bit of heat as well.

Simply HOT AS F****
Smells and tastes like what you’d imagine the literal flames of hell to be like. It’s definitely not something the average human would eat regularly(if you do.. I feel very sorry for your stomach and toilet), but it’s great for family / friend gatherings to challenge anyone who thinks they’re “good with spicy foods”. For the sake of anyone’s sanity.. only use a toothpick worth at first and increase accordingly.. this stuff is literally NO JOKE.

Nice bite with some flavor and burn
This stuff packs some heat let me tell you. I.love hot sause and I mean hot hot sauce. Yes you probably can find something hotter somewhere but this is fire and has good flavor. I can taste all the different peppers as the sauce goes through the burn which is nice. Not just one flavor of burn but multiple. This was my first time with a blairs product and I'm not disappointed. I'll probably try some more of them as I really like this one. One drop goes a long ways. I'll do a drop in some ketchup or BBQ sauce and its perfect. Not unbearable but hot. If you on the fence just do it. You wont regret it. Good buy.
