So very glad I found these for my elderly dad. I bought the moderate thickness for daytime and super thickness for nighttime. They look just like regular briefs. They just have more absorbent material padding for those unexpected moments. The disposable ones do not fit right, don't feel good against the skin and are so expensive. I just throw these in the washer and dryer, fold and their perfect for the next wearing. Never again will we use the disposable money makers. I think the price point for these compared to other washable incontinence underwear is very good considering their absorbency and multiple washings capabilities. They are true to size. My dad wears XL pull on pants, warm ups and XL Peteys are perfect for him. No leaks, even with big accidents. N0 complaints. Love them!

We always wash most of our new clothes before wearing it. I tried a pair on and it seemed like it was just what I wanted it fit right. After washing to our surprise all the pairs shrank at three sizes, I put one on and I could barely fit my legs through the underwear. Total disappointment. I have never seen something shrink so small. I won't return the items because I washed them but I do suggest this is not a good product to purchase. Buyer beware with this product.

These are as much like regular underwear as can be expected. They are a bit tight around my legs, but the waist band is true to size. Mine have been washed once and don't seem as tight around my legs after the washing. Although it appears that there is a fly on the front, there is only stitching to make them look more normal. I assume this is because they would leak if there were a real fly. Like anyone else who needs incontinence products, I would much rather wear regular briefs, but these seem about as comfortable as it's going to get.

I had my prostate removed, and, even though I have progressed some in regaining my incontinence back, still not there. It got very expensive buying Depend under ware, so, I started putting Depend Guards pads in the under ware and replacing the Pad as needed. As the flow got less, I wanted to look for something more like regular under ware to use again. I saw this, and ordered one to give it a try. When it arrived, I washed it right away, and found that it did not shrink at all, like some of the reviews stated. Even with the padding built in, even with the additional Depend Guard put in, the under ware are still very comfortable. I'm very good about changing the guard when needed, but, wanted this type of under ware for the additional protection. SO far so good, I'm going to purchase additional so I don't have to wash the used one every night.

So far, so good. These seem very well made and wash well. I will be purchasing more.

Kind of bulky. Couldn’t get used to it. Just get incontinent pads for inside your regular underwear. Works better and a lot more comfortable

Tried other brand and the side of brief was short. This brand is higher so the fit is higher .

Terrible no opening in front.. have to pull down to go to bathroom
