Controlled Labs Orange Triad has a solid profile of vitamins and minerals with the added bonus of joint, immune and digestion aids. I have been using CLs OT for ~2 years now and continue to be very pleased. It may be overkill for some folks. My schedule is very busy working 70-90hrs per week and exercising 3-4 times per week with each session lasting 90 - 120 minutes. I am still a pretty young guy but I have noticed my joint aches have decreased significantly since starting this supplement. The addition of the joint support is almost worth the price alone; check out the pricing on glucosamine sulfate, chondroitan sulfate with MSM and you'll see the price for just that product alone is likely more than Orange Triad (and those products lack full multivitamins). I think the immune booster has helped with overall energy levels. The nutrient profile is very decent as well. The one downside is the number of pills 6 per day. I have no issues with pills so no problem for me but if you do this may be an issue. I have tried both 3 pills twice a day and 2 pills 3 times a day dosing regimens. SUMMARY Solid vitamin and mineral profile: very comparable to other top multivitamins in the bodybuilding market with the added bonus of joint, immune and digestive support - which I see as a great bonus as joint supplements are relatively expensive so to get that included is great Increased Energy: I had a noticeable increase in energy taking OT either 3 pills twice a day or 2 pills 3 times a day; the 2x3 dosing gave slightly more consistent levels throughout the day. I like the ernergy boost as it is not like the caffeine boost which makes me feel jittery and wears off fast leaving me feel worse than before having any. The OT boost is smooth energy providing constant boost, even more so with 2x3 dosing. Also seems to have decreased my recovery time in the gym as I have been finishing my workouts faster Joint Support - prior to OT I had wrist, elbow and knee pain with lifting, now I very minimal knee pain, and no wrist or elbow pain. It has definitely been an effective joint support supplement. Adding this definitely makes OT a huge value as joint support alone can cost more than OT. The pill itself has a nice coating on it so that the multi does not taste like crap or get stuck in your throat as you swallow, good idea considering the pills are huge. OVERALL: Orange Triad is definitely the best multi vitamin that I have tried. I will definitely recommend OT to anyone looking for a quality multi

As I've gotten older I've started having issues with pretty severe joint pain after heavy workouts. The truth is that my diet isn't the best and I lift much heavier weight than I should which and it was getting to be more than my body could handle. It was especially bad in my shoulder and the way I sleep at night only seemed to make it worse. It got so bad that I couldn't sleep through the night and I hurt all day. I was almost ready to give up working out entirely just to get it to stop. Since I didn't want to do that I did some research on supplements to help and found lots of positive recommendations for controlled labs triad vitamins and fish oil so I decided I would give them a try. Before going to these I was taking the GNC Sport multivitamins and no fish oil. I had tried fish oil in the past but couldn't deal with the fishy burps that came with it and I had given up on it. Luckily I don't have the same fish burps when taking these. I've been taking these and the controlled labs fish oil for several months now and I'm definitely impressed with the results. The joint pain I was experiencing is gone. I can now actually sleep through the night without waking up in pain from laying on my shoulder and I'm back to doing heavy lifts again with no issues. Since I started taking the fish oil and triad multivitamins at the same time I can't really say for sure which is responsible or if they both help but I suspect the multivitamins is mostly to thank since some of the compounds in it are prescribed to treat joint inflammation and pain. I was worried that my body would eventually get used to these and the pain would come back but so far so good. As is these are a lifesaver and I can't recommend them enough. I can't stress enough how much pain I was in at times before switching up to these and how much they have helped. I don't plan to ever stop taking these.

I've been taking these now for 3 years or so... when they used to be the OMG cancer causing ORANGE pills!!..lol I like these. They are a very good vitamin for guys. I used to take the recommended dosage and honestly I felt that was a bit much taking 6 pills a day. Obviously one has to know their body and know what works and what doesn't work. IF you are eating a pretty much balanced diet and you are training, then taking 6 pills a day might be a bit much. I found it to be too much for me honestly because I am eating right, an hitting my macros, and using this to fill in the small gaps. I take one during breakfast, one during lunch, and one during dinner. Found this to work best with my system. In the beginning I did take 6 pills, probably for the first year honestly. Pee was ALWAYS neon yellow...lol But I like what I am doing now. Each bottle last me 90 days instead of only 45, which is a lot nicer to me. Again, do what you feel works for your body, but I've never had any bad experience taking these. No headache like some people complain about, no dizziness...etc. Besides this and fish oil it's one of the few things I actually think is beneficial. I do like that they took the dye out of it. I think anything that doesn't need the dye in it shouldn't have it. That's common sense... why have something that isn't needed, take it out and keep it simple. People that have taken this for years might have noticed they shrunk the pill down a little bit as well, which is nice. Not noticable if you've never taken them when they changed. But it's nice to see some improvement. Overall I will continue to take this so long as they don't screw it up...lol

I heard and read a lot of positive reviews and feedback on Orange Triad leading up to my first purchase of a bottle of it last August. Mainly the vitamin aspect, but read a lot of mixed feedback on the joint aspect of it mostly from people of the bodybuilding world who hadn't tried it and I never understood why someone would put down a product that they have never even tried; I can say first hand that this multivitamin works great as I felt complete and energized. The joint formula is awesome, as my elbow started to give me trouble after I stopped my regular joint supplementation, but after 7-9 days of using Orange Triad my elbow was feeling great and I could lift heavy again without any pain at all, which was awesome, and I felt my range of motion was better on Orange Triad than any other joint supplement I have ever used. I started out dosing it 3/3 but went to 2/2/2 which I like alot better. In my opinion, the pills aren't big at all, as I have had A LOT bigger and they are coated very well and go down with ease, nor do they have an odor or taste at all. I am very impressed with this multi/joint supplement and will be more then happy to recommend it to others and I will for sure be using more of this from now on. I'm now on my fourth bottle since September. Price = 10 as you get WAY more then just your average multi (multi/joint support/digestion/immune all in one) for less then $30 for a 45 day supply. For the price of this supplement it really punches above its weight. It has a great ingredient list. Lasts a long time even when you take the recommended 6 pills a day. It has no smell. and no real bad taste but I wouldn't leave them in your mouth for a long time. I'm not sure if it has really helped me sleep but I have been getting more consistent better sleep quality lately.

My routine panels regularly report that everything is within a healthy range. That may also be the case with other options, but it certainly wasn't for my old brand. I was filling in gaps with single vitamins, and my numbers were still coming back consistent. With this, I don't feel over- or under-dosed on anything, and my doctor tends to agree. The joint, flex, and digestion/immune complexes are a nice touch, as they effectively make Orange Triad pull triple, even quadruple duty. No need for a glucosamine / chondroitin supplement to ease joint worries. The digestion complex might not take the place of a good probiotic, but nothing in this price range will. The only drawback for some may be the amount of pills you need to take daily -- to get the proper dosing, the serving size is six. However, with no taste or aftertaste, I'm able to wash them all down with a single swig of water. Overall, if you're looking to pick a multivitamin to stick with for the long run, or hoping to make the switch from a lesser product -- it doesn't get much better than this.
