**Q: Has anyone used this to bed a rifle action or an ar15 barrel extension? not the outer threads, but the cylindrical fit between be and receiver?**
A: Not a good idea. There are other products that are made especially for this application that work much better..

**Q: I bought an old handsaw with previous owner's initials stamped sloppily into the steel back, (too deep to sand out), can I use this to just fill in?**
A: No.  This is used for thread locking for screws/bolts/nuts to secure in place.

**Q: Is this suitable for hi temperature and hi pressure sealing?  If not which product is?  Thank you**
A: It works on a engine block ....so 200-220 degrees....

**Q: I have a 1/2" npt brass fitting in my steel compressor that leaks with pipe dope--will this seal the leak & hold 120 psi? thank you**
A: The answer is yes if you let it fully cure for 24 hours before putting it into service.  It will hold to just over 3300 psi.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing!!! Stopped parts from slipping completely!

I used this compound to prevent a circular clamp from slipping on a bicycle wheel hub. For anyone interested it’s a motorized bicycle hub adapter. Previously, although I tightened the adapter very well, it kept slipping and breaking the spokes on my wheel. So I ordered this and applied a thin layer on both surfaces before I reassembled the adapter. I waited 24 hours before applying any force to the adapter. 3 weeks later and it hasn’t slipped one millimeter! A little goes a long way so even though it is a small tube it will last you a while.
