It has lots of pictures of healthy, delicious looking, food. I also really like the pictures in the ingredient list. It helps for the children to have a pictorial overview of everything they're going to be needing for the recipe. I also like how it encourages eating seasonally. So it's great, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Little expensive, but very worth it.
