This seasoning is great. I’ve only used it on roasted chicken so far but will be trying on more foods. Love the citrus mixed with bold seasoning.

When you use it it's all the seasoning you will need. Little too salty for my tastes though.

a very interesting mix. Overall, i love the flavor profile, but wasn't expecting it to be as citrus-y. While my steak was quite different, i wasn't really ready for that profile on my beef. Will go excellent on chicken and pork.. and no doubt has a place in the beef world... but i think you should be prepared for the more bold citrusy favor profile. Still excellent flavor. Low salt and actual spices.. why i stay with Badia.

I bought this bigger size after using two smaller bottles. Personally, I do not use hot pepper in every meal and a small amount at that. I use the necessary ingredients for taste so I do not need enhancements. While the first two small bottles o the Mojo had moderate low pepper, this larger size does have excessive hot pepper flavor. I hope it is a concentration of it on the top of the bottle. The Badia spices catering to Cuban dishes did not have hot pepper in years past since in Cuba the flavor was obtained from the corresponding seasoning. Good chefs prefer it that way. Too much hot pepper makes the food taste the hot pepper first, obscuring the cook's efforts in presenting a well-seasoned meal.The Cuban mojo destined for pork, can now be somewhat recreated with Badia's mojo rub not only in pork but I use it in chicken or turkey breast to give flavor to this type of meat. I will remove 1/4th of the bottle to another container to see if the rest does not have so much pepper. If not, I will buy the smaller size and see if it is like the ones I had bought before. Badia has another spice that they sell in large and small containers with the labels marked "no pepper" or "with pepper." I hope they do the same with the mojo rub. By the way, the mojo used in Cuba for the pork had the natural ingredients that gave our barbecue pork the special flavor most people loved.

Good seasoning, citrus flavour is orange forward. This is better for grilling meats rather than cooking on stove or oven. Can be used alone but better when used alongside additional seasonings and fresh garlic and herbs

A bit bland but ok. Would not buy again

This is the best meat rub I have ever come across, use the air fryer even better, try it.
