Inside Heaven's Gates: A Glimpse of Your Eternal Home (originally called Intra Muros)

My sister passed away on October 28, 2018. On Christmas day a family member recommended this book to me. It has brought me so much comfort and joy! Since Mrs. Springer was born in 1835, her language is a little different than how we speak today -- has a more refined structure, and with words that have fallen out use in our time. If you love to read, as I do, her style of relating her experience makes this book a feast! I'm not one who seeks out stories like this, and am so grateful the Lord allowed me to find it at this time. I feel as if He saved it for me, knowing I would need it now. Nothing matters in this life as much as having the assurance that you will spend eternity with Jesus. Nothing is as important as trusting in His sacrifice on Calvary and receiving Him as Saviour. Mrs. Springer shares a glimpse of the glory that awaits the believer. This book is not long, and, if you're like me, you'll read it again and again. The Kindle download is .99 under the original title, Intra Muros. I listen to the digital version, and read the print copy, too. I've also given a couple of the print copies to a friend and my momma. Great book, I found it very comforting in my grief so I’ve ordered everyone in my family a book of their own. This is my “go to” book On my grieving days, it makes me look up and smile with a grateful heart.

Absolutely the best book I've ever read regarding the Heavenly experience of Ms. Springer. This great little read is one of my favorite "gifts" for friends & relatives about 6 months to a year after losing a loved one. This story of Ms. Springer's visit to our Heavenly Home brings such joy and comfort knowing our loved ones are, indeed, alive through their spirit with God in heaven! Their excitement in anticipation of once again being joined with us, their loved ones, gives a great hope and peace to all who believe! Super book - I cannot recommend Ms. Springer's experience enough!

Upon the deaths of our fathers, my wife and I began to think about the afterlife and what it might be like...perhaps someone had written about their experience.....well....this is an excellent book! Love this book to share will people who have experience a death in the family. Also share with people who are experiencing trying health issues. I think it is a blessing to many.

Great book for the turn of the century reader....just not this century. It is the repackaging of an 1890s book.

This has long been a favorite quick read that leaves me comforted and at peace with losing a loved one .
