I'm six years into this product and have run hundreds of rolls through it. No issues. Works as it should.

Several reviewers have complained about the tight fitting sleeves. I’m not going to complain about anything that minimizes potential light leaks. My long term concern is that they will stretch out. Tight is right when it comes to preventing light leaks.

I was looking for material to make bag/balloon bellows, which is surprisingly hard to find. I have found some material that is completely light blocking. My wife found it in an actual brick and mortar store! Anyway, I carry a single cell, triple A flashlight. and It will partially shine through this material when held right up against it. It's not a lot of light, and you can only see it shine through in a dark room. I couldn't take a photo of it because it was too dark for the camera phone to pic it up. Of course, you're not likely to use this bag in bright, noonday, summer sun so it probably doesn't matter. Just thought people would like to know. The upside is that the material is breathable, obviously, so your arms shouldn't sweat as much when inside. However, if you need total light blocking you want the bags with the coated fabric. But they don't breathe.

Great quality and ease of use, but as many others have mentioned - the arm holes are very small and tight for many of us.

I had great luck with this company's smaller darkbag and got this larger one for loading large format film. It is great quality and has plenty of space inside.

This bag is awesome. It's really well-made, and I have plenty of room for my 3-reel Paterson tank. Also, it doesn't get super sweaty inside when loading film. Definitely a great deal.

I have been looking for a changing bag large enough to load 4x5 film holders. Most bags re too small. This changing bag is the right size and has top build quality.

This changing bag is well made and the materials seem very good. But I’m still deciding whether to keep or return it. It seems I must agree with other reviewers that the arm openings are incredibly tight which make it uncomfortable. It’s not easy to get your arms in and out. The elastic at the opening is very tight. It’s hard to get your arms in and out of the bag and when they are in the elastic feels like they are bundgee cords suitable to hold stuff on your motorcycle luggage rack. Not only are they that tight but there is a double row of elastic bands at each opening. So you get your hand past the eleastic and then you have to get past a second elastic band. A bit of overkill here as this thing feels water tight. The old bag I’m replacing must be 30 years old. It’s seen better days and it’s beginning to fall apart. But it was never uncomfortable to use.

Quality change bag. Light tight, decent zip and Velcro fastenings with enough space inside to load two rolls of 35mm onto reels and into a Patterson tank.

Get this bag. The extra 2 bucks for this larger version is well worth it. Yes the double arm holes are tight but there's no light getting in and it's roomy inside. Beats my old one.
