I have a lot of spider and some varicose veins and poor circulation in my legs. Is this brush ok to use over spider/varicose veins?

We not just sell the body brush, also we use it every day. We have been using it for more than 1 year and we find that dry brushing with the body brush does promote blood circulation and improve varicose veins.

Would this work on bald head or would it be too painful?
