What is the best way to remove the pattern when finished?

Simply remove it from the hoop.

Mine didn't come with needles. What size needles are appropriate for this kit?

If you buy a pack of assorted embroidery needles, you will need the one with a large needle eye to be able to thread a six-strand thread.

Can you download the instructions somewhere? Mine are lost.
