While the Product Description and one of the answers in the Q+A section refer to a fleece lining, there is no fleece lining. Actually, there is no lining at all. I would put this on a lawn mower or something like that, but definitely not a car with a high gloss finish. Don't know if they sent the wrong item, or the descriptions are wrong, but I'm sending it back. UPDATE: I just put my Duck Cover patio cover on my outdoor furniture, and realized it is almost the exact same material as this car cover.
