Great addition to my hair care routine
I’ve been taking L-cysteine for a while now in combination with a hair syrup, and I’m so happy to say that my hair loss has stopped. I even see new baby hairs growing near my forehead! I can’t pinpoint if it’s just the L-cysteine or the mix, but I’m definitely happy with the results and will continue using them

Great if you enjoy whiskey (in moderation)
As someone who enjoys a pour of bourbon or rye once or twice a week, I researched and found this is a common ingredient in many products advertised to minimize the effects of drinking alcohol. Tried it by itself. It is amazing. One pill before drinking. I also take milk thistle at night and in the AM. The pill quality of this brand is excellent.

I don't know if supplements actually work or if Im just pissing my money away as I haven't noticed a difference in health since taking and I haven't been getting my blood work done to measure any meaningful affect from it but my health nut mom said it's good for me so yeah I'll give it a go
