these pumpkin seeds are very fresh, though the price is a bit more than I wanted to pay, the taste is good. Not sure I'll continue buying at this price but I would recommend you try them yourself, you may find the price to not be an issue. For taste I enjoy them but am willing to compare with other bargains before settling just for comparison sake. I am aware that we get what we pay for in most cases but plant based diet is new to me so brand scanning is essential to me to verify its worthiness in my opinion. I would encourage trying them once and judge for yourself the taste and freshness are worth a try.

I recently have begun to eat healthier and one of the items on my yes list if raw pumpkin seeds. I had tried another brand previously and found they did not agree with my system. I was cautious but also excited to try these. As soon as I received them via delivery, which came as expected, I opened and was very impressed with the taste of the pumpkin seeds. They are very tasty and hit the spot when you are looking for a healthy snack.
