My nephew loves sourpatch kids and wanted this for his cake. I added some of the powder directly to half of the cake but it does cause an early reaction to the raising agents. It worked best when I mixed it with some white sugar and put it all over the fondant. It is nice and sour! I didn't pay much attention to the size so I was a little surprised at how small it was.

i had to do a liver/gall stone flush and usually you have to prepare for about a week with eating apples, drinking apple cider but i was in pain and felt i was racing against time to get the stones out. I added this to my drinks for a few days and proceeding with the flush a few days later hoping it would still work and it sure did, this does the trick to loosen the cholesterol and bile stones before the flush.

This is just great. I use it on gummy worms to make them actually sour, doesn't burn my tongue like some citric acid does, and it has a very nice flavor. When I run out, I'm gonna restock for sure!

Excellent product as part of a liver flush. Worked extremely well in softening the stones prior to the flush without all of the sugar if you were to use apple juice or unsweetened tart cherry juice. I was able to maintain a moderate ketosis level during the process.

Used it in some cocktail projects to make syrups and superjuice. Very effective, good flavor, shipped well. I'm happy with it.
