The ADWITS PCIe Expansion Card adds three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports to your computer, featuring two Type-A female ports and one 20-pin port. It requires a Molex 4-pin power connection for optimal performance and is compatible with various PCI Express slots. Built with the VIA Labs VL805 USB 3.0 host controller, it supports multiple USB speeds and comes with a one-year warranty.

Recognize sized by Windows 10
Awesome, only had one internal header wanted to install the Sabrent 3.0 card reader but keep my front case panel 3.0 as well. Installed and windows 10 recognized it no need for drivers. I confirmed it was a usb 3.0 connection in settings/connected devices. Highly reccomend.

Inexpensive add for a 20 pin motherboard port
Works great, had to use the included driver disk though. After that, all worked well. I had to use the driver disk again after I hooked up something to the 20 pin motherboard port, but all works great now.

PC wont boot with this installed
Possible short as PSU would reset with the card installed.

A ADWITS PCIe 1x to USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type A Port x2 and 20-pin Port x1
The PCIe USB card works on all ports (2 external and 2 front panel via 19-pin socket) and doesn't need drivers in Win 10.Unfortunately it still uses the archaic Molex socket for power. The first inserted popped out the support tabs, but fortunately didn't break it. I wish they would use SATA power connectors.

Didn't work for me
Arrival: The package was well wrapped when sent. I installed it, but the Molex connector on this board snapped loose from the board, as it did for another reviewer...it was easily returned back into place.Usage: As far as functionality, it seemed to operate in sprints...it would start a file transfer quickly, as I expected a USB 3.0 device would, but then it would pause for 1-2 minutes about every gigabyte of data being transferred. At that rate, my existing USB 2.0 slots would actually be faster in data transfer, overall. I looked for Linux drivers (the included drivers were a *.exe file), but it appears they were auto-installed during the first boot-up with the card installed (confirmed in Terminal)...and I could find no BIOS setting that could make a difference for installing USB 3.0 on my computer. Conclusion: I had to return it, unfortunately. But I do give high marks to the Tech Support function, who made diagnosis and return fast and easy.
