The product - 10/10. Installation 0/10. Amazon had a worst fitting service who never showed up.But coming to the product, just so good. The rods are thick 16mm, even the pipe wall thickness is very good. 5 feet 8 pipes was just a fit for our utility, and indeed we feel we got more space as in 6 feet, 1 feet was always unusable somehow. Even the pipes are not bending under the weight of wet clothes. Also, the nylon ropes, the pipe ends, the rope holder, everything top notch. Definitely recommend to buy this!!Now rates increased.1. 5 feet means no extra space wasted. Usual here all are 6 feet2. 8 pipes 5 feet, so 40 feet total.3. No bending, the pipes diameter is big, and wall thickness is good4. The plastic end caps, are really hard and strong5. Nylon ropes were also of excellent quality.6. The steel holder, and pulleys stand made of steel, so felt durableRate wise also, cloth hangers are starting here with installation 3000. Compared to that, this is also same but more pipes.

Excellent product, however installing it by yourself is a bit daunting. Called an installation chap from Urban Company and he installed it flawlessly. Works very well and loving it. Planning to install another one. The bars to hang clothes can be lowered individually. The mechanism is smooth. Doesnot get stuck as each bar is not heavy. clothes disappear out of sight.

The quality is very good and feels strong. All six pipes material are sturdy and do not bend even with heavy wet clothes. The pulley system works smoothly and makes lifting and lowering easy. It saves a lot of space and looks neat on the ceiling. Wall mounted design is useful for small balconies. Installation was simple with basic tools.

Seller sent my order well packed and in one piece and nothing was missing.This is my second cloth hanger of this type and having used a similar product from a different brand before, I can confidently say that this product is well designed to handle decently heavy loads.I installed the product myself but not with the supplied screws and I used steel screws of shorter length but similar thickness if not thicker, given that it was difficult to drill holes in the ceiling using a regular hammer drill (best would be Rotary drill) and I could only drill holes as deep as 3/4 inch only but it is still working wonderfully.The supplied rope lines are of appropriate thickness and are designed to handle quite a lot of weight on each line. The line holder is well made too and performs its job aptly.The mild-steel sheets holding the rollers are around 25 inches in length and a couple of inches wide each (2 Nos.); they are kind of soft and are easy to bend by bare hands but once they are properly installed on the ceiling, they won't disappoint and will handle heavier loads each depending on the quality of installation.The end-caps for the steel tubes could have been made better as they are not snug fit and even get removed accidentally if we are not careful while taking the clothes off of the tubes.Overall,this is a value for money product in under 2,000/- INR price segment and if you want true heavy-duty product, increase your budget.P.S.I apologize for the terrible pictures as my camera is suffering from an acute missing lens cover disorder.

Very useful for cloths drying. Good quality and lightweight product. Stainless steel material. Easy to install and adjustment. Design looks good. Perfect for clothes drying.

The product itself is overall okay. The fitting screws they provide is of very poor quality. These screw heads break while tightening making the drill hole unusable. Suggest you get better quality screws from the store. Although, that’s makes me question the whole concept of buying this online. Seller should improve this aspect. It was frustrating during installation.
