The Original Arctander CHEMICAL Books were two large volumes. These reprints are the same content in three volumes instead of two. They are digital scans of the original books. Unlike the original books they are affordable and in print. They are an excellent addition to the more common Arctander Perfume and Flavor Material of Natural Origin. The Artander Natural Origin Book and Chemical books are must have reference books for the Flavor and Fragrance industry.
