I bought this a while ago but had not needed it until yesterday. I finished off another company's tape then used this in addition. The difference is huge.This tape:- sticks well but repositions easily- it is a good quality thickness- has the right stretch to give support and does not twist at the edges when you apply it fully stretched- it has pre-cut portions which are ideal for most uses and makes life much easier- when you do have to cut it, it is still easy as there are guide line- a big bonus for me with my chilblained fingers is that the tape is simple to peel from the backing unlike the others which I have used- not sure about the colour but it is the blue most people recognise!I am strapped up now for my plantar fasciitis and the pain is less plus the tape is comfortable.Thank you so much for this product which I can honestly say is the best by far on the market!

After a fall resulting in knee pain and many restless nights I was advised by my chiropractor to try using some kinesiology tape. I'm glad I did as its really helped. I am now sleeping better as the pain has dramatically improved. My knee has stopped locking when bent and no longer feels like it needs to be popped constantly. It was easy to apply and has stayed on whilst being in the water with my daughter for swimming lessons and when bathing. Came with good clear instructions and plenty of follow up from the customer service team to make sure everything was OK. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

Great product and does what it says. The price is reasonable. The reason for one star less is difficulties while removing a paper sticker from the middle of the tape.

As someone who suffers from knee shoulder when playing badminton. This tape is exactly what I've been looking for. I've heard of others struggling with tape that hasn't been precut so it's nice to have some that's easier to do.There are also clear instructions as to how to apply the tape which is also nice as it means I won't have to go through the hassle of finding a guide on my phone before playing. They also provide a QR code that links to an eBook with further in depth information which is well layed out and written.Used it while playing the game and already making so much different. And i can play without worrying anymore.

This tape has really helped to ease knee and shoulder pain. Applied as suggested on the leaflet in the box, the tape made both my knee and my daughters shoulder feel more stable and supported. The tape stayed on very well for a couple of days, the adhesion was very good and pre cut tapes very handy and time saving.The discomfort we were experiencing eased significant with the tape. 🙂

Playing sports at a semi professional level, I was looking for kinesio tape that I could effectively apply myself. This product is not only pre cut and easy to apply, but comes with instructions on how to apply for certain body parts. Would definitely recommend. Great product at a great price.

I currently have the tape on my right ankle to give some protection after I sprained it late last week. I have had the tape on for 24 hrs now, and it is still in place! Amazing, no rolling or fraying round the edges, and my husband found it very easy to apply. It has withstood the application ice packs, and being in bed all night and hasn't shifted at all. It is so comfortable that I forget it's there.

Great quality product, easy to use and really helps to relieve pain.Definitely recommend to anyone who is suffering from muscle/tissue pain.Will certainly be purchasing again once used up.
