But I didn’t want to feed into the farming of these these animals. So when I found this brand, I scooped up a pack.They come with a card that recommends you use a burr grinder, and use a French Press preferably. They also give you instructions on how to brew it based on an very old technique.I ground the beans with a burr grinder, and used a Chemex.The results were frankly amazing. The smell of it was so light and smooth. I though I was going to get a very weak coffee, but when I tasted it, I was blown away.The first thing tasted was a fruity pop you get. I have NEVER been able to taste any of the “notes” that are profiled by the descriptions of coffees. I only know if it’s good, great or bad.Here though, I actually tasted some fruitiness. My wife agreed! I got the light roast, and it had a thick but smooth overall character. Really awesome cup of coffee. We were thoroughly please.Definitely check out these guys.
