When the foam is removed, 10-50 of the resistor will be stuck to the bottom and sides of the foam. Some of the 0201 resistors are lodged inside the bubbles of the foam and can only be removed one at a time using a tweezers, but others fall off at the slightest jarring of the foam leaving a sprinkling of resistor dust all over.
