Hand boards are about a foot long and used with their hands. My son is 7 and has both and loves his hand boards. We received the board without the grip tape and couldn't find a way on amazon to inquire about it without returning it. I jumped on Handbros website and sent an email and was quickly responded to in the chat option on the site. I told them i didn't get the grip tape and they are sending it Monday without any trouble.
