This headband is perfect for keeping sweat out of your eyes. It doesn't move, absorbs a lot more sweat than you would think, and comes in so many colors you will find one you love. It's my go to headband for long runs or bike rides.

So far so good. This band keeps hair in place and we've yet to experience the yellow plastic piece separate from the headband as others have noted. It fits well under his catcher's helmet, soaks up all the sweat and give the little bro "baseball drip"

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I ride mountain bikes in Florida, which means I’m usually soaked in sweat before I even hit the trail. The Halo Headband II has become one of those things I didn’t know I needed until I used it. Before this, I’d constantly have sweat dripping into my eyes—burning, blurring, and making every root and rock way more dangerous than it needed to be. This headband doesn’t completely stop the sweat (nothing will in Florida), but the little rubber strip actually *does* redirect it away from my eyes. It’s weirdly effective. It’s lightweight, fits under my helmet without being annoying, and doesn’t stretch out after a few washes. I’ve tried cheaper ones, but they either slide around or just become a soggy mess. This one stays put and dries fast. Honestly, it’s not some game-changing piece of gear—but it makes my rides way more comfortable, which makes a big difference when I’m out in 95-degree heat trying not to get eaten alive by bugs. In the interest of fairness I updated this review from 2 to 3 stars after a few weeks use. It definitely helps keep sweat out of my eyes but once it gets saturated it doesn’t do much to divert the sweat. I have found that I can renew its performance during use by removing it, wrapping it in a dry bandanna and wringing it out several times. Overall I am a little bit disappointed with the performance of this item but given the amount of sweat I can produce it’s probably not reasonable to expect it to perform miracles. It’s definitely better than nothing and probably worth the small amount of money it costs.

Works great. I can play tennis in the Summer and don’t have to wipe my face off after every game.

Conditions: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Mid-March night running, 30-45 minutes. (28-34 Celcius, 20% humidity). PRO: Does the job well of soaking and diverting sweat way from the face. You will see how effective it is once you take it off after the run. Remember to wash it immediately. CON: It is not very comfortable to wear.
