My middle school kids were required to have zip-around three ring binders for school. We tried so many different types, and if they didn't break then they didn't hold much. My son was constantly stuffing his books into them too. Finally I saw this and decided to try something new. It works great!! Water resistant, great fabric, quality zippers. and construction. Lots of pockets, tons of room for everything a kid needs throughout the day. He uses 5-6 pocket folders with paper for classes and notes, has room for books, extra sweatshirt, and lunch. Definitely try this if you're frustrated with a school bag situation. 😁

I purchased this MATEIN Messenger Bag for work and everyday use, and it has exceeded my expectations. The bag looks professional, is lightweight, and has plenty of storage space for my laptop, documents, chargers, and other daily essentials. Great bag, and I'm happy with it. It has good storage capacity, and can fit a 16 inch MacBook Pro (as can be seen in one of the photos I provided). It comes vacuum sealed, and it will take 1 - 2 days/uses for it to get normal. I like that it's lightweight, but what I don't like is that the padding for the laptop compartment is lacking a bit. I wouldn't have minded a bit more weight for added laptop protection, so just be careful if you're carrying one around and you bump into things or drop/set it down. I like that the bottom brown part of the bag is made of the same material as the rest of the bag. I was afraid that it would be made of suede or something that would easily stain or get worn out. I also like that the bag can hold a good amount of items, and it doesn't twist or get out of shape at the point where the clips connect the shoulder strap to the bag, because of the design, you won't need to worry about the sling getting undue stress on it due to it leaning sideways. The strap over the shoulder also feels comfortable, and the hooks connecting the strap to the bag look sturdy. I just hope that strap connected to the D-ring holds up, because it looks like that might be a weak point of this bag, that may fail over time. I'm hoping it doesn't, but I got my eye on it. I kinda wish it would've had some pockets on the main inside compartment, because it only has two. One of the laptop, and one for anything else. I like that it comes with plastic clips instead of magnets, because it provides a more secure fit. It also has a zipper to seal the main compartment, and I like that. Lastly, do I think it's good value for money? I think so. It's simple, effective and works well, lightweight, looks stylish with the dark blue & brown, and I'm hoping to get 3-4 years of use; while using it daily. It also rained a little bit today, and was pleased to see that the material was able to mildly reflect/deflect the rain drops. I would make it a recommended buy.

This is an outstanding bag! Lots of room. Plenty of pouches to store various items. Durable. And the price? Outstanding value. I received this bag today was gonna wait to offer a review but I love it too much to check my enthusiasm. Great deal.

I freaking love this bag! I've been looking for a decent sized messenger style bag for ages and this one came across my path and its perfect. Large main pocket with the computer sleeve closest to my body, zippered closure for the main bag under the flap so even if the flap isnt fully secured the bag stays closed. Zippered back pocket for less accessed items(for me) front zippered pocket where I have my pens, pencils and other mostly accessed items. Fits my binders, clipboard and even the bigger binders for the paper I use for my braille homework. The strap is nice and sturdy and wide, the slider shoulder strap stays in place when its used and the clips are extra sturdy. Been using it for about a month and its my daily hauler!!!

This is my second Matein bag. I use one for my Bible, and Bible study materials for church. This one I will use for work. These are excellent bags for carrying light business essentials or whatever you want to carry including your laptop computer. These bags are very well constructed, are ruggedly strong, and good looking. Matein deserves high praise for this product; it wouldn't let you down.

Bag is alright, but feels like the sides will rip for a few reasons. The metal clasps are sturdy but have no ability to swivel, meaning the D loop it attaches to will twist if the shoulder strap isnt perfectly straightened. It can rip the fabric on the side of the bag over a short period of time, especially because the side fabric isnt lined with anything sturdy. Use this as a temporary bag, and find something leather to save for. Switch out the shoulder straps with metal ones that have the ability to swivel if you want to extend its life. I give this one almost a year before it will fail with my usage.

Excellent laptop bag I really enjoy using it. It’s large enough for my laptop and has a separate section for my folders that I use and have another zipper section for chords.

Seems well made. Lots of compartments and room. Bought to use for short trips and take my tablet etc. Fills the bill.
