They offer a decent protection. But there has been one overflow where EVERYTHING below the waist got changed. That is really rare for me, since my problem is just an overactive bladder and this is my go to pad, number 4. If I don't wait until the last minute to go, and these are great. I can make it through the night with just one. I guess I am used to them because I really never feel them. They are pretty slim and the length is good. I am glad they don't have a scent to them. The less chemicals again sensitive skin, the better.

After my usual brand decided to coast on its good name while cheaping out on quality, I decided to try these. And wow, what a huge difference. Normally I need wings to keep from getting leaks, but these are shaped so they stay in place. The little rails help a lot to hug the body, but I do not get swampy and I stay dry. Also there is no odor, they are not lying about that. The surface of the pads do not irritate my skin. They are a bit more expensive but totally worth it for the quality. Hopefully they keep it.

These are the best. The 4 is thin and doesn't show under clothing, but absorbs quite a bit of moisture. None of the others I have tried are this effective. The long size takes care of both ends!

Absolutely love these! The long lengrh keeps me protected. They're not bulky. Very absorbent. Reasonably priced. My favorite product for bladder issues.

These pads hold a lot of moisture. Good length for me-regular. Available in long. Each individually wrapped. Can carry in pocket (thin) or in small to large purses. Maybe I will need a heavy pad later. But these regulars are great, and don’t show on the outside. The only improvement would be to have better adhesive of the back of the pad in the rear. I found that they are effective and economical.

These are FANTASTIC! I’m undergoing treatment for bladder cancer and the medication they put in my bladder irritates it and causes me to lose control often. I’ve tried pads with wings. I’ve tried those giant ones and nothing has worked for me until now. I put one on before I ran errands today and I was gone for four hours and no leaking. And trust me it was full. I can’t see enough about these.

The adhesive strip is not strong enough so the pads move, fold & bunch up. Very disappointed.

The product is great BUT. They just slap a label on the item and set it on your doorstep everyone sees exactly what you ordered. Not very happy about the lack of personal privacy. Canceling my subscription.

Far to thin. Wouldn't even hold 50ml of water. Tested against other same brand of pad total fail 4 drop rating.. yeah maybe hold 4 small drops

The size is perfect for what I need. The price is much better than anywhere else I've shopped.

I had only previously tried a sample of these pads, but the low cost convinced me to order these. They are much preferable to the other brands I had tried. Other brands had a real tendency to bunch up and therefore not be as effective. These pads are comfortable, maintain their shape and absorb very well. They also seem to hide the scent of any accidents much better than other brands I have tried. A great product.
