I really like this pre workout. The watermelon flavor is "ok". Its a little sweet tasting but the effect of the pre workout itself with the weight loss ingredients feels really effective. I have taken it 6 times already and have dropped about 3 lbs. Being conscious of what you eat and exercise help. But I get great pick me up from this especially after a long day at the office and rush hour.

This is a great Pre-workout! I like to workout in the AM just to get it over with and this is the perfect drink that wakes me up and gets me energized and ready to do work. I'm not much of a sweet person so the flavor was a little intense, (like super-strong kool-aid) but after about 3 or 4 days I became used to it. The flavor isn't that big of a deal because I try to chug it down quickly anyways. I haven't noticed much fat loss, but I'm more focused on building muscle so I'll continue to see about the fat loss. I will be buying more!

Overall this product works well, the flavor (watermelon) taste great, dissolves well, quick onset, gives a good pump and great energy. But seriously, where is the rest of it?! Charging full price but getting half the product; marketing 101. No bueno.It's unfortunate cause I really like this product, it's very solid in results but lacking in quantity value. Honestly, I probably will buy again but come on NitroSurge you can afford to be a little more generous, lol.

Love the products. Have been taking products from the Jacked Factory line for over a year. Nitro surge pre workout is great and I love the non-stim pump product as well. The flavors are great compared to the market standard. It is great when you can find supplements with the same flavors when combining. Watermelon pre work out with watermelon pump. Delicious. Not offensive at all. Not even at 4:00 in the morning when the last thing I want to do is chug supplements on the way out the door for a work out. Great mixability. Highly recommended.

I stumbled across this product while searching for new preworkout. I decided to give it a try, it was priced right and had good reviews. My husband and I both LOVE it. Tastes great, mixes well, gives us the energy we need in the morning, keeps us focused through our whole workout. Definitely recommend!

Overall, I felt the pre didn't meet my expectations because when comparing it to other pre-workouts that I have taken I really didn't feel the pump and strength like I thought I would. I didn't feel any tingling or niacin - but, I like that tingling sensation so - to me - that was a bummer. The 'umph' factor just wasn't there for me when taking this product, but it could be because I am used to taking other pre-workouts that are stronger or have more of other ingredients than in this one.I usually drink my pres during my actual workout to try to train as long as I possibly can or until I hit 1.5 to 2 hours (which ever comes first). However, when doing my usual routine with this pre, I felt a little bit of kick after I had finished my workout. I did find that this pre really does work better when you start drinking it 30 minutes before you work out and if you take the recommended two scoops like it says on the label. Really, if you follow the instructions on the label it works - I would say - comparable to other pre-workouts. However, on the downside this really doesn't leave any room to adjust it to your routine (at least in my case).I will say though, the flavor factor was definitely there. I don't think I have ever had a watermelon flavor that tasted as close to watermelon as this one does. It's sweet and enjoyable to drink rather than other pres that have a bitter aftertaste or just sour overall. The flavor really was the winning factor for me on this pre-workout, but the effect I wanted to get as far as strength and pump - I didn't see or feel at all.

I’ve tried sooo many preworkouts in the past few years. Cheap store brand ones, best sellers, and some $40-50 ones and this has been one of my favorites. It does have beta-alanine which I am sensitive too, but it’s just the right amount letting you know the product is working. Not making your face feel like you’re having a million needles jabbed into it, like I’ve had with other brands. It really carries you through a workout too! I do a lot of cardio and it really helps me to push a little harder! It’s thermogenic as well so be prepared to sweat your booty off.

This is a good preworkout. Im no expert and Im really just getting into taking supplements. I purchased this for the caffeine content. I wanted more of a minimal content and it works just as I wanted it to. No tingles, no jitters, no crash, but no hard core pump either. The taste is just not my thing. I've decided I hate watermelon based on 2 different preworkout trials and the taste is just not good. Im pretty much immune to caffeine but I bought this one in the hopes that it would be enough caffeine to get me through and it does. Its fair. I add it to another preworkout just to use it and stifle the taste. I would buy it again but not the flavor.

this preworkout is the only one i can tolerate, in fact it's downright delicious. i've tried about 4-5 brands and all of them taste like dish soap. this one's good. it also gives you a solid kick to get an awesome workout in.

I love this! The flavor is really good, and mixes with water really nicely. I’ve never experienced any stomach issues as a result of this product! My favorite preworkout on the market rn. The bottle is pretty big which is good value for your money!I find this Preworkout kind of strong, but I like it!

My partner liked this pre-workout at first but got sick of the taste after about a month—it has a very strong flavor. That said, it definitely gets the job done and works as intended. If you don’t mind intense flavors, it’s a solid choice.

It tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher and I definitely can see and feel a difference!

Noticed powder on the outside under the edge of the lid. Seal was already peeled a bit and pierced. May have accidentally happened at the plant, as the outer plastic around the lid was ok. However, as per amazons policy, I can't do a return to get a replacement. I'm not taking the chance. 👎*** Amazon did give a refund after escalation to agent***
