A: As long as the tube is bigger than the sewn in eyes.

**Q: What is best way to cut?**
A: I cut mine with emt shears or a sharp knife then melt the ends with a lighter. This webbing has a ton of uses and is extremely durable.

**Q: Safe for rappelling**
A: I'm using it for and no complain so far

**Q: Does this stretch under load?**
A: It is nylon, so yes. It will probably stretch about 2% for every 10% of breaking strength (about 2% stretch for every 400lb load)
