Yes I found it to be close to American sizing. However the bust for the top runs small. I usually wear a large women’s. I had to size up to the extra-large so it would fit my chest properly. The skirt fit great as a large and it worked as an extra large as well it was just a little more loose

If you are going to copy.....

If you are going to make a knock off version of traditional hanbok, make some efforts. The ribbon is not tied that way. It should make only ONE loop.
