Great flavor
I use this salt almost exclusively in my kitchen. I have it in a ratchet grinder and it works great. It adds a salty flavor, but no bitterness to food.

So Much More Flavorful than Table Salt
I first tasted grey salt in France, loved it, and had to figure out how to distribute all the bags I purchased in my luggage so that I wouldnโt go over the weight limit. I had to carry some of the bags in my pockets โ I wish there had been Amazon back then! No need to travel overseas now when I can get this amazing spice through Amazon Prime. Use this flavorful salt and you wonโt need much else for seasoning other than pepper. The fine grain is wonderful for most of your cooking, while the course grain is great to rim your Margarita glasses, top soft pretzels, season soups, or sprinkle on caramel, chocolate, and unsalted butter. Delicioso!

Woo! Authetic AF
This thing is authentic and when I tell you it is the truest saltiest salts of salt ๐. It is salty lol but packed with flavor and minerals. I havenโt been able to make a dent in this and itโs been months so youโre getting your moneys worth because the bag is massive! These are DAMP and LARGE coarse crystals. Please research how your Celtic salt is suppose to look, feel, and taste like to have realistic expectations.

Love this product.
Very useful to me due to the mineral content. I suck on a small piece everyday followed with a glass of water. I also use it to cook with when salt is required but I only need a little bit. I gargle with it when my throat hurts and it relieves some of the soreness. Since buying this salt I am finding more things to use it for. Great product.

Can't be without it
I just love this grey sea salt and use it frequently, sprinkled on a wide range of foods -- any protein or veggie -- to add a boost of minerally flavor. It even perks up dull fruit or vegetables. I first got hooked on this salt several years ago when I bought it at a cooking store. The rep told me it's supposed to be wet/damp (this is not a defect), and therefore it's not advised to put it in a salt grinder. I keep some in a small dish in my kitchen to sprinkle on whatever I cook. The store doesn't sell it any longer, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. I don't bother to dry it out for a grinder. I recommend keeping it as it is (moist), and trying some on just about anything you cook or eat. Some of my personal favorites are fish, meat, poultry, avocados, cooked grains, vegetables. While it's more expensive than the sel gros (coarse sea salt) I use in my grinder, it has a unique vibrant, mineral-like, clean flavor that doesn't dominate but instead enhances other foods.

This salt is like WET coarse sand. It must be dried before it can be easily sprinkled.
VERY IMPORTANT -- TEXTURE -- This product has the texture of WET coarse sand. It sticks together and will not easily be ground into smaller crystals in a salt or pepper grinder. It is difficult to sprinkle by hand because the crystals stick together is they were slightly wet. BUT, there is a FIX. You need to dry out this salt. I left a small amount in a ramekin and after a week or two it dried out enough to be usable. After that, I placed several tablespoons of it in a small bowl and microwaved it for 30 seconds, stirred it and mircrowaved it for another 20 seconds. After that it would grind properly in a salt grinder and it could be effectively sprinkled by hand. If you don't dry it, it will be very difficult to apply properly except in measuring spoon quantities.

Best quality by far
This is the best quality salt you could possibly buy. I donโt want anything else. I put it under my tongue first thing in the morning, or in my water bottle for electrolytes. The salt has been life-changing for my diet and has helped my body regulate water properly.

Rich Complex Taste
Ive been using Fleur De Sel as a finishing salt for years. I read an article about Sel Gris, it comes from the same tidal basins in France...BTW the Romans first built these basins centuries ago...as Fleur De Sel but from the bottom. It picks up mineral traces from the clay that make it gray..and a bit stronger. It is delicious on meat, in stews and soups or anyplace you want a slightly more robust taste. The bag is generous and I shared with two friends that are also enjoying it. Its not magic just more elevated than your normal salt...It is very course but you can crush it or grind if you prefer finer salt.
