This cap can easily accommodate head sizes 53-59 cm. 60 cm will be a tight fit, but you may try. Quality is worth it.

Is it waterproof? Can it be used as a rain cap?

No, the cap is not completely waterproof as a completely waterproof cap will hinder sweat absorption and cause heat to build up. Although, we have used water repellent polyester which will protect you from a slight drizzle. Also, the cap dries completely in a matter of few minutes. So this cap is perfect for both summers and monsoons.
