Keeps my partner full
I got these for my partner to take to work to do him between morning and lunchtime and he said they keep him full and are really tasty. He has also been full enough that he hasn't really needed lunch so that's a bonus and he has begun to lose some weight.

Amazing taste but sometimes gone off!
These taste amazing, like a thick chocolate milkshake, way nicer than any other brands. However I’m giving them 4 stars because I have had a number of these arrive either with the lid slightly open and leaking, or with the lid still fully sealed yet the drink has tasted sour like it’s gone off! It’s happened when I’ve bought them from other shops too, so it’s not an Amazon specific issue, but it’s quite off putting not knowing whether that first sip is going to taste gone off or not!

Flavour choice
Had In mind what flavour wanted, however after trying the other flavours made me consider them to for a change for something different than just one flavour every time

Vit C not usable, same as Huel equivalents
It is very difficult to review these foods & this review is not sponsored. I have been trying these as drinks & powder hoping it will be a solution when I trek but was not sure about effectiveness. The truth is it is hard to measure effectiveness. Each time I stop eating citrus in particular I stater bleeding at the end of my fingers close to nails. Over the years this is how I know I am lacking vitamin C so I tried to take a risk & stop fruits for 3 months during which time I took equivalent food meal Yfood. My fingers started bleeding 3 weeks ago & it got work. Last week started Moringa tablets & this week I started eating citrus & the bleeding is gone in under one week.My uneducated conclusion is that the Vitamin C in these foods is not accessible to me.So for my trekking I have zeroed in on taking tinned fish, dried insects & works to supplement what I get in the trail. I cannot comment on other vitamins & minerals because it’s just difficult to prove they work.

Definitely Worth a Try
I wrote down my thoughts on each flavour as I went along.Vanilla: 2/10: Tastes okay at first but halfway through I noticed an aftertaste so to finish the bottle I thinned it out with oat milk; I would never have it again.Chocolate: 9/10: It went down really easy and I could drink this everyday if I had to.Banana: 6/10: I wouldn’t have it everyday but it was nice enough to have again every now and again.Coconut: 0/10: I don’t like coconut in general so I had a feeling I wouldn’t like it and after one sip I threw it out it was too sweet and really didn’t agree with me.Coffee: 6/10: This tasted really nice I think it tastes the best out of this taster pack BUT I didn’t like the scent or taste it left on my breath after so I wouldn’t have it again because of that.I recently tried the fresh berry and it was nice but it didn’t agree with my digestion which is very sensitive so my reviews of the flavours themselves are personal taste. Now for general overall opinion of the drinks. I wasn’t sure if id like the consistency of the drinks but I did they are very smooth and thick so I would use a small cup and sip them over an hour and because of that I found them very filling. I stored them in the fridge and my experience wasn’t bad at all I just knocked a couple of stars off because of the couple of flavours I really didn’t like but these are well worth a try and I have ordered some more different flavours to try from their website and I’m looking forward to trying them.Edit: The fudge brownie flavour is my favourite and I do recommend it wholeheartedly but I have stopped buying yfood drinks now as they don’t agree with my digestion.
