Product quality is okay at best, the power cord keeps coming lose and the power drops all the time unless you can get it to sit just right, which is very tricky! Another issue is it’s not that easy to operate because of the loose power issue, but also because you pretty much have to hold it up close with both hands in order to operate any of the functions. I would definitely look for something else if you’re buying this for a child, which is why I bought this.

I recently purchased this due to one of my friends referring it to me. I sleep in a darker room so its a little harder for me to wake up. I really like that it simulates a morning sun. I can definitely tell there is a improvement with my waking up schedule. It is a way more peaceful wake up then your typical alarm clock.

A lot of detailed instructions on how to use all the buttons around the rim to program the light, the sound, the time, the 1st alarm time, the 2nd alarm time. I finally just left the instructions by the bed with the clock. As I've familiarized myself with the operation of the clock, it's become easier to use. I love the sunlight options and enjoy the alarm options, now that I've figured out what I want to wake up to:)

I like this item. I would give it a perfect score for the light and how it progresses from dim to bright. I think the buttons could be more clearly identified and the bird option should have a lower volume setting. The lowest is still pretty loud.

I'm a natural 11p-7a sleeper. Alas, for my job that I love STARTS at 7am, and I have stuff to do in the morning! Before, waking up even after a full 8-10 hours of sleep was a prolonged, groggy, and cranky affair. I have this clock set to begin "rising" at 0430 and for the alarm (pleasant chirping birds was my choice) to sound at 0500. I simply get out of bed. My mind and body don't fight me. It's amazing.

I bought this for my daughter to take to college. We live the different settings. The sunrise and sunset settings are really cool. So is the one you use to go to sleep. Directions are explicit and make it easy to use this clock.

Works great! I have to up really early to get to hospital for Clinicals and this mimics an actual sunrise, making it easier to get up when it’s still dark outside. I have it set to birds singing for the alarm sound that also adds to the sunrise affect.

Works great. Many different settings. I work third shift and this has helped me fall asleep easier.
