This was one of the best olive oils I've had in America. Hands down this is from my grandmother's region betanto near bari southern Italy. The flavor was superb. I highly give it a win success I'm looking forward to going to the farm next time I go to your. Bravo bon appetit it's a must try you will not go back to buying any other olive oil. Hands down success

I am new to olive oil drinking and have just tried a few, but this one is my favorite so far. It is slightly strong tasting ( bold ? )with a distinct burn in the back of my throat that the others did not have. I have several teaspoons every morning, and if some is needed for food, I also use it for that. This has definitely made me a olive oil, lover!

I was looking for a great olive oil. I’ve read that most olive oil, even the EVOO, has little flavonoids and is, in fact rancid.The test of a good olive oil is whether it “burns” a little when you drink it.Well, this one does. It tasted fantastic, it’s extremely healthy and it’s a bit of a guilty pleasure to have something of such high quality. My first bottle was 16 oz, but I just ordered a gallon of this.If the makers are reading this, thabk you for making such a high quality oil.

This oil is really good, but comes with a price (almost $65/1L). I can find similar quality oils locally for much less, but enjoyed this one quite a bit while lasted and it didn't last very long ;) If the price was more reasonable, I'd probably order again. I suppose part of the issue is the online vs in-store purchase with added cost, not uncommon for many products offered on Amazon. Too bad, because I liked this oil.For those of you who use a lot, and I mean A LOT, Amazon offers a 5L option for around $94 which is an amazing value for this or any other good quality oil.Other than the price, the only issue I have with this oil is not the oil itself but the pouring mechanism which is somehow flawed and every time I used it, the oil kept dripping on the side of the bottle. I have not experienced that with other oils that I commonly use. Maybe this one was a fluke.

Spaniard living in the US. After having tried different olive oils (I’m used to the olive oil from Spain, strong and heavy flavor) finally I’ve found what I was looking for.I love the smell and most of all the strong flavor it adds to my salads or to my vegetables . Definitely I’ll buy more.

Its hard to find an intense, beautifuly delicious olive oil like this. I couldnt even find one this good in various olive oil stores around the US. I will always make sure i have a bottle of this olive oil at hand!Sprinkle in some zaatar and dip warm pita or any bread in it. Also, drizzle it as a garnish on any soups or Italian dishes 👌🤌

The oil is best used as a finishing for fresh tomatoes, neopolitan style pizza or soups. It has a unique peppery / lightly bitter taste that enhances flavors. Wouldn’t recommend it for cooking
