Ekster Senate ('18 Collection) - Slim Leather Wallet - RFID Blocking - Quick Card Access

The Ekster Senate Leather Card Holder Wallet worked great until the spring trigger button broke less than two months after the purchase. I contacted the manufacturer, Ekster, who said that I would need to contact the third-party seller for a warranty claim. The third-party seller said they would refund or replace the item after receiving the defective item. The third-party seller was quick and had great communications in replacing the item.Update: The replacement wallet trigger button broke within a few weeks.

I really liked this wallet until the button broke today, I’ve only had it for six weeks. This is a very expensive wallet for it to break this quickly I’m very disappointed in the quality!

I loved my Ekster Senate wallet. I showed it off quite a bit. That was until last night when I pressed the card trigger and it completely snapped off. The wallet is completely useless now and a waste of $70 as I couldn’t even get my cards out of the broken wallet without shoving a key into the trigger slot. I’m starting to see this is a common problem with these wallets. Just frustrating that I didn’t see those reviews earlier. I really hope either Ekster or TheGroupDeal remedies this. Until then, I can unfortunately only give this previously wonderful wallet 1 star.Update: I contacted the third party seller TheGroupDeal and they were incredibly efficient in helping me. A replacement Ekster wallet is currently in the mail after contacting them only a couple days ago. 3 stars for service

I really enjoyed this wallet until the button to eject the cards just completely snapped off after only using this wallet for 4 months. I wish I had seen the other reviews before buying as this seems to be a common issue.I would recommend just passing on this one and going for a classic slim wallet without an ejector button.

6 Month Update: Broken, button doesn't work anymore. Ekster won't replace, must go to third party seller to replace.I use this wallet every day and pretty much love it. It can only really hold 5 cards max. You can add an additional 2 if you put them in between the case and strap. It's ultra compact and seems to be holding up but I've noticed all my credit cards are pretty scratched up due to them sliding up and down on each other. Not a huge deal. Also not really a back pocket wallet as the card carrier is made of hard plastic and it hurts to sit on. Keep it in your front pocket.

I was excited to receive this wallet and found myself with this malfunctioning wallet with only just one card. No need to rand about how bad it was, I'm just disappointed...

Loved it, until the button popped off when pushing the cards down. Without the button you can not get your cards out.. This happened after only 3 months. I spent far too much money on this for only 3 months of use.

This wallet was stylish and reduced the amount of spaced used up in my pocket. I enjoyed using this wallet at it was very cool. Many of my friends were fascinated by the design and the quick access button. Unfortunately due to my lifestyle this wallet didn't last to long the button broke after 4 months of use to be fair I work in an environment that causes me to move around very frequently and carry heavy objects so I don't know if that contribute to it's failure

I read all the review about the comment fault with the spring trigger on this wallet after the purchase other ways I’ll never buy it .. not what I was expecting for what I paid for but still a good looking wallet .

It was a cool wallet with a pretty sweet card ejecting system until the button snapped off. Good design but cheaply built.
