Will this work on an epdm rubber pond liner? i want to use it at the edge of a patch as the area is not flat & is uneven. will this remain flexible?

We have only used it to reattach our pool tiles, but I can tell you it does not stay flexible

Can this be used to replace loose pool tile?

Probably a good application. You will likely need to clamp or hold it in placed for a week to allow time to fully set. Be sure to read my review and notes posted for product.

Does this work on above ground pool liners?

It doesn't work at all. It arrived dried out and hard. I threw it away.
