Very well made and the color is brilliant. This is the first summer for the umbrella and it is just the perfect compliment to our table and yard. Very happy with the weight and size.

Update: Changing my rating due to great customer service! I sent a message to the seller with pictures of the bent umbrella and they immediately processed a replacement even though the return period had just expired. That was excellent customer service! .............. Umbrella worked great for 33 days. The first strong wind that came in while the umbrella was up bent it and now it ia no longer stable...just past the return date. Go figure!

I'm sorry to say that we will have to return this item after only two weeks or so of use. When I first set up this umbrella, it was easily winched up but was very, very difficult to winch back down. Then, suddenly the entire winching mechanism loosened up to the extent that it was no longer properly operable and seemed about to come apart. This is now the replacement umbrella that we received after returning the first which was defective. The winch is a bit stiff when taking the umbrella down. Raising it is fine. This would be our only criticism. The umbrella is nicely made and well crafted . The fabric is excellent and we are pleased with the color. Overall, it is a nice looking product,

Ordered these before and for the price they are perfect . Outdoor use and definitely wind resistant however if u know there’s a storm coming it’s better to close them . The color seems to never fade. Will order again if needed.

I hate that I am writing this review. When the umbrella arrived on May 17th I was so excited. Set it up the next day no problem. It was great. Kept the sun off of me as advertised. If I had done the review at this point I would have given it 5 stars…Used it a few more times since and yesterday it decided to die. The string broke that allows it to go up & down and the PLASTIC wheel at the inside top broke. If it’s suppose to be heavy duty don’t you think that part should be made of something more durable?? So much for heavy duty commercial grade as stated in the description. Attempted to return but need the box and paperwork. Well the box is long gone. I already paid enough for the umbrella I’m not going to pay to have it boxed up. Now I’m stuck with an umbrella that doesn’t work. Very very disappointed. NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Perfect! It matches one I ordered a few years ago only slightly different color. The only main difference is that the finial at the top (the ball) is plastic and not metal. It does not come wit a stand, however, we bought a very nice one from Costco that is modern looking with a square granite base.
