These Zesty Paws OraStix are great! My dog likes the way they taste and there is a good amount of treats for the money. They look like green dental stix. Most importantly I find they work really well. They calm my dog down and help with his anxiety. I have a medium sized dog about 45 pounds and one treat lasts a few hours.

I got these specifically for a severely abused rescue dog. She just was frightened about everything and would lash out. The Vet refused to prescribe anything. The Vet didn’t feel this Yorkie should have been saved after the dog was found. The Vet gave up. Now that’s that Vet was fired. I knew I had to try alternative products. This helped this 8 year old Yorkie with some arthritis. But it helped more with taking off the edge. I’m sure it’s the hemp. It calmed her down enough that I could start to gain more of her confidence in me. She stopped lashing out. Plus was better around the other dogs. Another positive is that you can change the amount needed. The flavor has a dental cleaning minty properly to it. She loves them. My other dogs think she is getting something extra special. It’s increasing her confidence. Believe me when I say the previous owner really did a number on this dog. She has a ways to go. But I’m really thankful of this product. So is Tory. I’m hoping someday she will be able to trust enough to get her hair cut at the groomer. I think with having Zesty Paws calming treats to help, it may happen sooner then I thought. FYI: Great great customer service. I got a bag of the calming sticks that my dog didn’t seem to want to eat. One time is one thing but it happened a few times. I even tried to give it to one if my other dogs and she too wasn’t wanting it. Since this was my second bag and knew that this was NOT normal. I reached out to Zesty Paws. They had no issue with replacing the whole bag. They didn’t even ask me to send the old bag back. Zesty Paws just authorized Amazon to send a free bag to me. That bag was loved by my Yorkie again. So all was calm with her again 😍 I truly was impressed by Zesty Paws and how they handled everything. Their customer service alone is enough to keep me a life time customer. You can also tell that this company cares about their product and your pets. Thank you Zesty Paws. You really did save the life of this Yorkie. Honestly the Vet felt she was so damaged she should be put down. Your product helped this dog survive, to not be afraid of her shadow, and more.

My baby loves these! I give him one when I have to crate him when I have to be gone from the house for a while. Not only does he get a little bit of a chew out of them, but they do a good job calming him as well.

Looking for something to help with my dog's anxiety, I decided to try these Zesty Paws calming dental sticks. I was looking for a brand that is reputable, made in the USA and also something that didn't have any CDB oil. This item fit the bill and is also highly rated on Amazon. Based on my dog's weight, she can only get 1 stick per day. She likes the flavor of it and chewed it up so quickly. But it didn't seem to work on decreasing her anxiety. And we had gone through one whole bad and still didn't see any difference. This may work for your pup but it didn't work for mine.

I have a new senior rescue collie/pit mix who has terrible anxiety in general but during fireworks, her anxiety goes up 100% and is completely terrified. So i decided to try these and she was so calm and just was laying there calm. she was still alert and would put her head up at times especially with really loud fireworks from the neighbors but definitely a huge difference. my only complaint which really isn’t that big of a complaint as I wish they did not have melatonin in them or they sold some separately that didn’t because I wanted to start giving these to her daily to help with her overall anxiety, but since they have melatonin in it does make her really tired so I don’t think I can really give it to her as an every day thing, I know they have different versions of calming traits from zesty paw but those have less of the hemp seed powder so I wish that they had some exactly like this, but without the melatonin so I could give it to her more on a daily basis and keep the melatonin ones for when she will be in the kennel because she has horrible anxiety with that as well and also for situations like fireworks, but it’s not like I want her to be drowsy every day

I love these. So does my dog. They make her breath great and help calm her down. 100% recommend!

My dog is a 25 pound Sheltie. He has been given these chews almost every night for about a year. Last night this all has changed. We had a serious close call last night. We give our boy a zesty paws treat every night before bed to help with dental cleaning. It also has a calming affect. Been doing it for a year, no problems. But last night he started choking on it and he wasn't breathing. He was thrashing around and I thought we were losing him. I tried reaching into his throat to see if I could remove it. Couldn't. Frantically I tried doing what could only be considered the Heimlich maneuver. Somehow eventually he dislodged it but it got stuck sideways between his teeth, but at least he was able to now breathe. My daughter the vet tech arrived and we all held him so she could reach in and pull it out. You could tell he was so relieved.... And so were we. Be careful of these hard chewable treats. Never had a problem before but now I'm scared to death to give him anymore unless I cut it into a much smaller piece. Anyways, Mika is still here and fine this morning ♥️. I doubt that I will ever give these to him again. ** So, since this unfortunate incident I've been breaking the treats into 1/4 pieces. Now give them this size to both of our Shelties. They do love the treats and they definitely help them stay relaxed and help the sleep. So glad that it did work out... Just be vigilant !

Dog will not eat these at all. Ive tried breaking them up, smothering them in her fave wet food but no go. She will take it in her mouth and spit them out. She will eat other dental sticks, so I think maybe the taste or texture is putting her off. Disappointing as I now have a whole bag that I can't use.
