Hi i received the item but handle part (break area) came in damaged. Could we receive the part that is damaged?

Can someone explain if the seat width is 16" ..what does overall width 25" mean...I have a small room so I do need this clarified.. Thank you

Seat is 16" deep (from front edge of seat to back). 25" refers to side to side width of seat. Allow additional 6" or so for total width including wheels. It's a great lighter weight chair that is much easier to load and unload than a wheelchair. Raised handles with brake give caregiver a lot more control when pushing the chair. I highly recommend it.

Does the chair arrive fully assembled?

Yes except for the foot brackets, which attach easily. It's a good chair. I highly recommend it.

Are the wheels hard or soft. I have a small travel wheelchair with hard 8-in wheels and the ride is rough
