This blanket is the best ! I've had for several months .. the 20 lb and I weigh about 125 .. and it is perfect. I don't like to sleep hot and this doesn't get me hot even in the summer . It is well sewn and stays where you set it at night .I can get cozy in the position I want and it really does help sleep quality and some quantity as long as I exercise at least about 2 hours before sleep.I have always liked sleeping with lots of blankets .. and this is even better !!. Can't beat the price here in Amazin

I've always liked a HEAVY blanket, particularly for the relaxation benefits and cuddling effect. However, I dislike this particular blanket because the inner contents are readily movable ... just like jello ... the blanket does not lay smoothly on your body because the large inner ceramic weights form many lumps, thus you DO NOT have a smooth laying blanket, rather you have these jello-feeling blobs going one way then the other .... as you move to find a comfortable position.I'll keep the product, but I'm not satisfied with the manufacturer's end results.

This blanket is heavy and there is an adjustment period to get used to it. Once you do, being under the blanket feels comfy and gives you the feeling that you are safe and secure. I am a light sleeper and tend to wake up often throughout the night. This product won't solve everything, but it does help me sleep better. I prefer using this when the weather is more cooler because it can get hot being under it when the weather is more hot.

I am a mom of 5. I don’t get to get a lot of gifts for myself. I have wanted a weighted blanket for soooo long. I found this in the Amazon wharehouse. It tells u that this blanket isn’t big enough to share, but I use it to cover myself and one of my kids when reading or watching a movie all the time. It’s perfect for us! I love it

No complaints about the blanket. It’s nice that no matter how hot I get in my sleep this blanket consistently keeps me cool. Highly recommend.

I love this blanket defiantly wish i got heavier than 20lbs. On the flip side i am able too layer it with another blanket too make it heavier! And it works so well for assisting me too fall into a nice comfortable sleep through the night.

The sheer heft of the blanket feels good until the weights hit a sore spot and really hurt. Otherwise it is soft and comfy feeling. Good texture.
