I usually wear Victoria Secret medium, but those were getting a little snug. I followed the advice of another reviewer and got the biggest size offered in this style and they are perfect. I am so happy with the fit and comfort. Other Prego undies I bought have a super narrow crotch piece that makes me feel like I have a crotch wegie, and a lot of other underwear has too small of a booty. On these, the booty is full in the back (and I have a big butt,) which some women may dislike, but I am so pleased: no wedgies anywhere! At the same time these still manage to look attractive. My reason for giving just four stars is that I suspect the material is cheap, feels like thin cotton. These fit GREAT!
