I have a very big problem with creeping charlie. Will this stuff work?

do you need to mix this with a surfacant, like diesel?

I just mixed it with water, like it says on the instructions. It didn't work as well on some weeds, worked pretty good after several applications on blackberry bushes, which is why I got it.

Is this safe to use on lawns - does it kill just weeks or the good grass as well?

I have used it on broadleaf weeds in a fesque/bluegrass lawn. It does not seem to affect the grass. I use a surfactant to assure adhesion to leaves of the target weeds.
