My husband has used these with great success to help his weight loss AND to lower his blood sugar counts. He was diagnosed for first time in his life as a diabetic. Two mos. after using these? Life Nutrition should be ashamed of themselves.My cheap, generic, cinnamon spice in the kitchen cupboard is better quality than this!In my photo, you can see it’s the darkest of the 3 cinnamons compared. The lightest, in the middle, is real Ceylon cinnamon and the next lightest (left) is some cheap cinnamon I bought in the supermarket spice isle. Out of the 3, Life Nutrition is the darkest and blandest. There’s hardly any smell coming from the bottle and it’s not sweet as Ceylon should be, in fact there’s very little taste at all!Bottom line, this is low, low quality. You can get better quality cinnamon in the spice isle at the supermarket! I’m shocked Life Nutrition would take advantage of the lack oversight regarding product purity so egregiously.
