What size should I get?** A: These shirts are a very nice blend of cotton and polyester so they have some stretch to them. I'm 6'3" and 220 and I have purchased a few of these shirts. I have a couple X-large and a few 2X. Depending on how you like the fit either one I think would work but the X-large would be best for you. This is just my opinion but I'm about 30 pounds heavier than you and the 2X has a looser fit on me. It might be too loose on you so I'd definitely purchase the X-large. These are very nice shirts, don't be hesitant to purchase these. I love this shirt. It’s very soft, not scratch. Stretchy, not stiff. It even has 4 buttons, which is the same as Dexter’s henley shirt in the show. However. The small is still a tent on me. That’s not specific to this brand. Most men’s smalls are tents unless I go to H&M. However, with this being a non-American brand, I was hoping they would have a smaller size. No such luck. Hence the 4 stars: 5 star shirt except for the lack of size diversity. I’m returning it only due to fit. If it was sized for me, I’d order the olive green and more. That said, if you fit into standard American men’s sizes, this is on point.
