Rancid taste
This tasted rancid like the oil it was mixed with was bad. I threw it into the trash! Super expensive!

My husband is on a very low sodium diet because of his heart. It is hard to find food items he can have but he liked this product.

Great as a marinade or salad dressing. I’ve drizzled it lightly over tossed salad and drizzled it over caprese salad with roasted chicken. (Pan roast chicken breast in olive oil & butter. After browning 2 minutes each side on fairly high heat, cover, turn heat to med/low & steam 20 min. Arrange fresh mozzarella slices, fresh basil leaves & tomato slices on plate. Slice chicken, add to plate; lightly drizzle Brick House Sunny Honey Balsamic over all. 20 minutes & dinner is ready! See photo.) Great both ways and very convenient. Use a light hand. Will continue to keep this around! UPDATE JULY 2023: I reordered this recently & it’s still one of my favorites BUT it leaked during shipping. Fortunately it was wrapped plastic so the leakage was contained inside the plastic. But WTH? Is this safe to eat now? Not happy. UPDATE FEB 2025: Received another leaking bottle. This time no plastic wrapping so it leaked all over everything in the box. Ugh. Also in checking web I found that several other brands are much cheaper and higher-rated. Cancelled subscription (thank you, Amazon, for the credit) and bought Newman’s Own brand balsamic vinaigrette locally.

Truly healthy with rich flavor.
I can't say enough about Brick House dressings -- this one and other flavors. Low sodium / so called "healthy" dressings I have ordered in the past are either bitter OR so overloaded with oil that they are bland. BRICK HOUSE, has vety low sodium AND great flavor. We use them for wraps AND drizzle over tomatoes and other veggies. YUM. Each flavor has its use and each is flavorful. We even ordered these while out of town. Wonderful!
