For anyone who needs to take a lot of magnesium, my doctor recommended this one. The protein helps make it a little easier on the intestines. These are difficult to find anywhere else and I only buy them on Amazon. They work great and keep my magnesium levels from getting too low.

I like this product and have been using it for years. However, the shipping takes a long time. I am particularly unhappy about that because it has certainly been heated up with the seemingly circuitous route across the country. Although it was shipped by UPS, it was transferred to USPS taking at least an extra day.
