The phones are defaulted and certificates deleted 5.) Phone is clean 6.) Many other items This vendor did none of the above. We received phones which had: 1.) Dried food, finger prints, face grease 3.) 6 out 15 torn cords, 3 of which were shorted and needed replacements 4.) 2 had missing cords 6.) One missing handset 7.) Scratched screens 8.) Missing rubber feet 9.) Configuration still on prior owner's phone system You may ask why i didn't just return them. I ordered them and then the project was placed on hold for 3 months. By the time i opened the actual individual boxes to install, it was well past the window of opportunity. My only discourse at this point is to try to warn other potential customers. Buyer beware!!!
