This lotion is amazing! It goes on milky smooth and soaks into the skin with a fabulous, clean, aloe scent. I recommend to anyone looking for extra hydration. It also works great as an after-sun skincare product!

I used it on my feet after my daily long walks and the difference in recovery between the days I used it and did not use it was like a night and day. I applied a generous amount after taking a shower and my feet felt like I hadn’t walked fifteen miles the day before. The dryness faded and it didn’t leave a greasy film so I could get dressed right away without worrying about stains. After a few days my skin looked healthier and felt more comfortable especially in colder weather when dryness usually gets worse.

I film food content for a living so my hands and arms are constantly on camera under bright studio lights. I recently spent two weeks in Haiti and between the intense sun and the heat from cooking my skin was completely dried out. I bought this huge 16oz tub of Advanced Clinicals Aloe Vera cream hoping for some relief. Honestly it’s really good. Usually thick creams like CeraVe just sit on top of your skin and make you sweat more in high humidity but this stuff absorbs almost instantly. The aloe and Vitamin E give a nice cooling effect and within seconds I can pick up my camera gear or kitchen knives without leaving greasy fingerprints everywhere. The only reasons I knocked off a star are the ingredients and the marketing. It advertises Vitamin C but there isn't nearly enough in here to actually fade dark spots. Also it contains isopropyl myristate which is notorious for clogging pores. It works perfectly on my arms and legs but if you're acne-prone absolutely keep this away from your face. Overall it's an awesome huge tub of body lotion for hot climates. Just use a separate serum for your face.

I’ve used several products from Advanced Clinicals before and generally like their brand, especially aloe-based formulas, so I decided to try this Aloe Vera Lotion. Unfortunately, this particular one didn’t work well for me. The scent was not my favorite, and I found the texture a bit heavy. It didn’t absorb into my skin as smoothly as I expected and left a slight residue feeling. Because of that, I don’t reach for it often. I’m still giving it 3 stars since I do think Advanced Clinicals has good products overall, and this one just didn’t suit my personal preference. It may work better for others depending on skin type and scent sensitivity.

My doctor recommended that I get a cream with vitamin C and E for my “mature” thin skin after menopause. This one feels great and doesn’t block pores on my face so my skin feels wonderful. I signed up for monthly delivery so the price is even better! I’m very happy with this cream.
