How tall will this get?

I don’t know, because I got two: one is still about 13” and not doing good and has no blooms but leaves getting yellow. The other one is doing better, a little bigger, maybe 16” but no bloom and looks healthy. At this point I don’t know when they bloom.

Can i grow them in zone 8?

You should be able to grow them in FL. In zones 4-11 they recommend a pot. In zones 9-11 they can grow in the ground. They will freeze.
