KitchenAid Metal Food Grinder Attachment for Stand Mixer

This is really a great attachment for the Kitchen Aid. Grinds up meat, veggies, spices and it's very safe! The hole is too small for older kids to put their hands in, but that does mean you need to do some extra prep work for the food you put in it. Not a big deal though. Also, it does use a lot of torque, so give your mixer a break every once in a while to let it cool down.

When you need to grind meat this works very well. Arrived when promised.

I got this meat grinder for grinding my own meat for dumplings and I was shocked at how well it worked and how easy it is to clean! All parts come apart easily, there’s a giant cleaning brush that cleans the inside of the grinder. I feel like it really does get a good deep clean. Another huge perk is that the case itself houses each part separately, great for those of you who have too many kitchenaid products or kitchen gadgets in general. It keeps all pieces in one compact case with the product on it!

After buying knockoff stainless steel food grinder attachments for my KitchenAid 6Qt mixer and having them leak meat juices back into the mixer because of poorly designed seals, its a dream to use the KitchenAid metal food grinder attachment. The seal (compression) just works

Otro buen accesorio de esta marca. Dudaba si comprar la versión en plástico pero al final me decidí por la de acero inoxidable por su durabilidad, ausencia de olores o marchas y por que se puede enfriar consiguiendo picar mejor la carne. Vi unas cuantas reseñas y videos y al final para picar la carne cuanto más fría esté mejor. En su primer uso me pasé de enfriar la carne y partes estaban casi congeladas y pensé que no iba a poder picarlas, pero nada más lejos de la realidad, consiguió un picado excelente sin esfuerzo. Se desmonta completamente para una limpieza sencilla. Todos los accesorios metálicos NO son aptos para lavavajillas y hay que sacarlos muy bien. El cepillo de limpieza que viene es muy útil para esta labor. Es un producto que recomiendo 100% si quieres picar tu carne en casa en el momento, hacer hamburguesas sabiendo lo que llevan dentro. No lo he probado pero pone que también es válido para pan, queso y verduras... será cuestión de probar. También incluye los accesorios de embutir salchichas pero no los he usado.
