I had been looking for a kids chair for my daycare and everything I looked at was either very expensive or very poorly made but this was a great price and is very sturdy. The price is the best I found for the quality and the fabric is nice and thick. I really like the size because I have kids in a range of ages. It works well for kids up to 4 or even 5 but also works well for a one year old. I have had two chairs in our reading room for over a month and they look great even after lots of use. I think they will hold up for a long time.

**Q: I see the dimensions are 24 x 17 x 18 - but which measurement is for which part of the chair (height, width, depth)?**
A: 24 width of chair (outside of arm to arm), 17 depth of chair(arm back to front), 18 height of chair(from floor to top of back) .. Seat is14 wide by 14 deep and is 8  from floor. Hope this helps

**Q: Is this a regular size chair that you can sit in and use in your living room or den?**
A: It is a kid sized chair. You could put it anywhere and it would look nice. Made to fit children up to 6 years old.

**Q: Is it only a kids chair?Up to what age?**
A: I bought when my daughter was 1, she fits comfortably at 2, and I'll probably keep it for one more year if it lasts that long (she sits on it a lot)

**Q: Can adults sit on the chair??**
A: No way.  The chair is too small, and it probably wouldn't hold an adults weight.

My son LOVES this chair! Though we were a little late getting it lol! We got it because my son always wanted on the couches cause he wanted to sit like mommmy and daddy (he is 14 months) but he could not yet climb onto the couches. Then magically between ordering this and recieving it he learned how XD. None the less he still loves having his own little chair. For $40 it was a good price and it got to us way before we thought we were going to get it. We got it in about a week and a half. Warning though the chair does slide on the floor a bit! That's a bonus for my son though because he likes pushing stuff along the floor! In regards to sizing I was pleasantly surprised at how low the cushion sits. My son could have probably easily climbed in this at 12 months. It's also fairly wide and the back sits far enough back that your child can definately grow into this chair. There is plenty of growing room. It's also super sturdy so I don't imagine my son could ever damage it. My cats on the other hand.....
