Love this bread, the fact that I can keep it for an extended time before opening makes it very convenient, and the price compared to other similar take and bake organic breads is very good. I love it for home made garlic bread for my daughter!

This is quality bread, good price, good texture and just the right crunch to the crust, but there's no sourdough tanginess. I was a little disappointed.

This bread came packed in a brown paper mailing envelope, inside the bakery company's double plastic wrapper with a built in air pocket/bubble for protection. You can tell this bakery cares about their products AND their customers! They make sure their products are packed to arrive in peak condition. And this bread did arrive in perfect condition, which was very surprising since none of the other stables of food items I order - almost daily from Amazon PRIME - arrive when promised - they are often delayed several times before receiving - too often with some breakage, dented, or missing items! I'm sick of this inferior and sloppy packing that is Amazon's responsibility. BUT this bread baked up lovely as the package instructed and the sourdough tastes wonderful! A wonderful treat!

This bread is delicious, crusty outside and soft interior. Easy to bake, yummy to eat.

The bread just did not have a sour dough flavor. Growing up I would spent the summers with my grandparents, at their home in San Francisco. The best part was getting to visit with them, the second was the sour dough bread. Before flying home, my grandmother would go and stock up with sour dough bread, to load up my suitcase with. Wonderland memories.

This take and bake bread had mixed reviews but it was on sale so I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did. It was easy, just bake it for about 12 minutes straight out of the bag, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm no bread expert, but I loved it. It was fresh with a mild sour dough flavor, great texture inside, and the crust was perfectly crispy. I made it one day, ate it straight from the oven, then finished it up over the next 3 days reheating slices as I went. I'll order this again and again. In fact, I already put 2 more loaves in my cart and will just try to freeze one if I can.
